Celebrate International Women’s Week by spending an hour or so creating a fused glass pendant with Barbara Guilmet and other women. Projects will be fired in my kiln Friday night and ready to pick-up on Saturday or Sunday. Materials donation appreciated.

Papermaking Demo
Paper is one of those art materials that can really stretch your
imagination. In this two hour demonstration I will be making handmade paper. Paper can be collaged, sculpted, cast, stamped, glazed and embellished to create wonderful art. Come see the wonderful world of papermaking first hand.

Deb Dixon will demonstrate how to make a Spirit Image Doll – a wonderful memento and gift for a sister, friend, mother or daughter.

Women of the World: Their Faces and Places
Fine art photographer, Wilda Gerideau-Squires, will exhibit her body of work entitled "Women of the World: Their Faces and Places". The works in this exhibition were accumulated during Gerideau-Squires' worldwide travels over the course of approximately eight years.

Celebrate International Women’s Week by making a posh purse, for yourself or for another woman you love and admire. Work with expert seamstress and fabric artist, Cathy Granese, to come up with a unique accessory. Machine sewing skills necessary. Materials charge $5-10 suggested.

Celebrating Ourselves As We Age
Croning is a revival of an ancient ritual honoring women’s passage into older age. Women of all ages participate by sharing stories. The ritual offers support, insight, power, courage. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring snacks or sweets to share. Facilitated by Anne Mulvey and Margot Stage
